I’m Nicole Gordon, a London-based multidisciplinary artist creating immersive experiences that blur the boundaries between art, performance, and installation.

With a background in textiles, my work explores the interplay of light, fabric, and texture, transforming spaces into dynamic, sensory-driven environments. Drawing inspiration from the natural world, I weave organic elements into my work, shaping atmospheric installations that invite audiences to engage on a deeper, more instinctive level.

Over the past decade, I have brought these concepts to life at festivals, cultural events, and bespoke commissions, with recent highlights including site-specific laser installations at Glastonbury Festival, Above Below Festival, and Monument Festival in Norway.

Whether through large-scale installations or intimate performances, my work responds to its surroundings—shaping space, engaging the senses, and reimagining how people experience an environment.

Areas of Expertise

I specialise in creating custom lighting designs that push the boundaries of technology. Recently, I achieved certification as a qualified laser operator, having successfully passed a rigorous examination based on the IEC 60825 laser safety standards. This certification ensures that I can safely and effectively integrate laser technology into my designs, enhancing the immersive and innovative experiences I create.
Drawing inspiration from abstract and organic textures, I create compelling visual content using a variety of techniques and software, such as TouchDesigner. With a passion for experimentation, I strive to push the boundaries of what's possible and create experiences that truly immerse and captivate audiences.
With several years of experience operating visuals and lighting for club nights, festivals and custom audiovisual performances, I consider live performance to be my strongest suit. I thrive on the energy of the moment and love the challenge of bringing a unique experience to each performance.
I have a wealth of experience leading the creative direction for audiovisual club nights, live performances, and full-scale festivals. I know how to create an unforgettable experience from start to finish. I take pride in working collaboratively with clients to bring their vision to life and leave a lasting impact on their audience.
